  • All deliveries are made in the afternoon. Business deliveries by 5pm, Residential deliveries by 6pm. Delivery times are promised under normal conditions - which excludes inclimate weather and holidays.
  • Hospital Deliveries: If the patient is discharged on the same day your gift arrives there is a chance, beyond our control, they will not receive it.
  • Packages needing to be re-routed (example: patient discharge, incorrect delivery information, etc.) will result in a delayed delivery and an additional delivery charge.
