• Q: Do you guarantee delivery dates or times?
  A: Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot guarantee cookie delivery times. We do everything in our power to make sure your cookie delivery is received on the requested date. However, only hand deliveries are guaranteed on the requested date. Our goal is to complete hand deliveries by 5pm. Please note FedEx is no longer guaranteeing delivery dates.
• Q: How can I order custom cookies?
  A: For custom cookie bouquets, please email us at designercookies@gmail.com and include item numbers from our website and specify any color changes. For custom orders for designs not shown on our website, please attach photos to your email. There is normally a $75 minimum order for customized cookie arrangements not shown on the website.
• Q: How do I order if I don't know how to use the website?
  A: Please call us at 562-961-9161, and we can put the order in for you manually. We ask for your patience, as we are experiencing a high volume of emails and calls.
• Q: How can I pick up my order?
  A: Please call us at our CBD LONG BEACH PICK-UP HOT LINE at 562.961.9171 (not 9161) for contactless curbside pick-up. Park behind our building, where the parking lot is. We will put the cookies in the trunk or on the hood of your car.
