What if I want my logo used in the product? How do I get it to you and how much does that cost?
You can request your logo to be added to a cookie bouquet by emailing a jpeg format of your logo to gifts@cookiesbydesign.com. The program allows one complimentary design of your logo in each gift product; each additional decorated logo cookie is $1.00.

What is the difference between "classic cookie bouquet" and "licensed design cookie bouquet" pricing?
Our licensed design cookie bouquets include products from our license design partners and are priced accordingly, such as Disney, Winnie the Pooh and Garfield.

Can I be direct billed for my order?
We currently do not offer direct billing.

Can I have the total charged to my credit card, if not how will it be charged?
Yes, for a small processing fee if your order is $700 or more Cookies by Design, Inc. can charge your card for the entire amount of your order. If your order is not $700 or more, or you choose not to take advantage of this service, each shoppe will charge your card for the order that they produce and deliver. You will see multiple charges on your card, although we will provide you with an itemized report of all charges.

How will I know how much is charged to my credit card?
At the end of each month you are provided an Account Recap from your gift specialist. This recap provides a list of what was ordered and how much was charged to the credit card. This recap can also be provided as soon as 72 hours after the order is placed.

Does the National Gift Program price include delivery?
No, delivery charges within the United States range from $8 to $18. Because we deliver and ship to the entire United States and Canada delivery prices vary.

Do you deliver outside the United States?
We do offer delivery to Canada and these charges are $25+. We do not recommend shipping our arrangements overseas. Our arrangements are made without preservatives and we cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival when shipped overseas so we fear they may arrive stale. You are welcome to have an item shipped directly to you and you can forward on to its final destination yourself.

I know delivery/shipping varies but how do I know how much to budget for?
The average delivery/shipping cost for a National Gift Program order is $12.50 per delivery. *NOTE: This is an average not an exact.

When I participate in the National Gift program does this mean I am receiving a discount and if so how much?
The National Gift Program offers consistent competitive pricing.

What is consistent competitive pricing?
Because all of our shoppes are independently owned and operated they set their own pricing. National Gift Program is a service we provide to our customers so you pay the same price whether your gift is going to New York, California, or New Mexico.
