How do I find a price list? |

Under the menu tab "Order Info" there is a page that lists
all of our pricing. Look for "Prices" in the drop down menu.

Do you have sugar-free cookies? |

At this time we do not offer sugar-free decorated
cookies. However, some shoppes offer two varieties of sugar-free gourmet
cookies. Contact your local shoppe or the shoppe in your recipient's area
to find out if they offer these cookies. To get shoppe contact information, choose the "Our Shoppes" tab
above and enter your recipient's zip code. The shoppe(s) that deliver
and/or ship to the area will appear. Click on the shoppe name to view
their contact information. You can also obtain this information by calling our toll free locator
service at 1-888-882-6654.

Are your cookies handmade? |
| A: |
Our cookies are completely handmade, from the first
steps of mixing the dough and icing to baking and then hand decorating each one
individually. This process is quite labor intensive and therefore
constitutes a higher price than processed cookies or candy.

How do I place an order? |
| A: |
First, select a product category from the left hand menu,
such as "Birthday". Then select a product by clicking on the image or the "Add to Bag"
button. You will then be taken to the "Product Details" page. To order this item,
make your product selection, select who the gift is for, either "myself" or "someone else", enter a name for your recipient (i.e. Mom or Aunt Sally), click on the
"Add to Shopping Bag" button and follow through the ordering process.

I need to place several orders to send to
multiple locations, is there an easier way? |

Our online ordering system allows you to place multiple
orders, which can also be delivered to multiple locations. In addition, we have a National
Gift Program as a one-stop shop service for corporate customers who wish to place multiple orders. If you want to send orders to multiple locations, contact our

or call direct 1-800-347-3110, ext 102.

What is a service fee? |

During the ordering process, in Checkout Step 4, you will be charged a service fee. Service fees are a combination of hand-delivery or shipping and handling costs.
